Lyric Video

Sum Up the Class

This year in technology I learned more than I thought I would. Some stuff I now use at home. I liked all our projects we did this year, but my least favorite was the abstract letters. My favorite project this year was the word collage one. I'm glad I took technology instead of art, because I got more out of this class than I would've art. I also feel like I have become a better typer throughout this semester. I also enjoyed having such a small class. It's not as loud and it's easier to get help. The  most difficult project we have worked on I think is the lyric video I'm doing now. It is difficult to get the lining just right. The easiest I think was the baseball excel project because their were step by step easy directions. I enjoyed this semester of technology more than any class I have had this semester. I also like the creative projects we got to do, because it gives the students more freedom. I enjoyed this class and will miss it in highschool.

Soda

I drink a lot of soda. Too much soda. Right when I get home, I drink one. Then I usually drink another one. And then probably another one. I drink about 4 cans a day. But I hardly eat snack foods anymore. So it balances out. My house can go through two 24 packs of soda in a week. That's only with only three people drinking it. My favorite kind of soda is Dr. Pepper. But it is also sometimes Mountian Dew. It depends on my mood I guess. I don't think I can ever stop drinking soda. It's like family. I have emotions towards it. Sometimes I think it's love, other times it's stronger. All I know is I couldn't go one day without a soda in my hand. My mom gets mad because of how fast we drink it. But she never stops buying it for us.She knows we would go crazy if we didn't have any. I have some soda under my dresser incase we run out again and I have my own back up soda. I can't tell my brother though, because he'd drink them all. Two ltiers usually last a day in our house, rarely two days. Whenever we get those, I steal them too. I just love soda so much. I can't even describe it.

The Door

It was old, I guess. We've lived here for years, and rarely do people open the door. No one likes leaving, when there's no point too. Our whole street is covered in vines and cracks upon cracks. Something you'd avoid passing. The last time the door was opened, was 3 months ago. We have enough food supplies in the cellar. Every few months, one of us has to take the depressing stroll to the market to pick up the same old supplies. No one gets out much around here. Someone needs to at least glue the ground back together. What's even more upseting, is the lights from the neighborhood over. It's full with life. Us, well we're filled with death. What I would do for just one night of seeing those lights up close. I've asked plenty of times. Each answer the same. I've planned on running away to the lights for some time now. But each night I think I have the courage, I come up with another reason to stay. Things are more simple here, at least that's what people say. You do what you do every day. The way it should be.

Santa

It was Christmas Eve. He thought he had it all figured out. He being Santa. He's done it plenty of times before, so why was this year such a hastle? He would sit and ask himself this every night leading up to the big one. All the toys were loaded, all the elves busily doing last minute things, all the reindeer fastened in their harness, each being fed a carrot for the journey. Santa could not put his finger on what was causing his anxiety. He was worried, but didn't know quite what for. His main elves tried day and night to reassure the poor jolly man. But the clock was ticking, and Santa had his duty that must be done. Everything was set, as he gently pulled up on the reins holding in the reindeer. With one flick of his wrists, they all began stepping in place. With another flick and shout, they took off with a dash. The mission was going good, until a tree was just to high. Until those reindeer, took Santa a little too low. It all happened in a flash, and no one ever talks about this darkened night. He landed on a roof of a building, his reindeer long gone. Stranded. What was he to do?
